The law firm Jiménez Peña recently advised Advanced Asset Management (AAM Funds), acting through its Closed-End Development Investment Fund Advanced Oportunidades II, as well as Inversiones Vilazul and Casa Marina Samaná, in the termination of existing hotel management agreements for Wyndham Alltra Punta Cana and Wyndham Alltra Samaná, and in the due diligence, negotiation and closing of new management agreements with Aimbridge Hospitality, one of the world’s leading independent hotel management companies.

This agreement marks Aimbridge Hospitality’s official entry into the all-inclusive resort market, following the launch of its new division dedicated to this segment last August.

Wyndham Alltra Punta Cana, owned by Advanced Asset Management, sits on 47 acres in Uvero Alto and features 620 rooms and suites, nine restaurants, nine bars, a full-service spa and the Caribbean’s longest pool at 1,600 meters in length.

Meanwhile, Wyndham Alltra Samaná, owned by Casa Marina Samaná S.A.S., offers 404 rooms, bungalows and suites across 37 acres of private coastline, with five restaurants, four pools and nightly live entertainment. Both properties underwent renovations in 2024, updating their culinary and recreational offerings under an all-inclusive concept.
