Relevant Cases

  • Terms and conditions in contracts in order to provide exclusive ramp services at the Punta Cana International Airport. This agreement represented a milestone to maintain and increase the relevance of the airport and the strengthening of the tourism sector in the Dominican Republic.
  • Representation of the company Caribbean Catering Services, S.R.L. in in-flight service contracts for regional and international airlines. These onboard services include preparation and delivery of all meals and beverages for passengers and other accessories, loading and unloading handling, collection, cleaning and storage of service equipment.
  • Jiménez Peña is in the process of renegotiating the Subconcession Contracts for the provision of ramp services provided at the La Isabela and Samaná International Airports with AERODOM.
  • Jiménez Peña is working on the strategy for the operation of the FBO Terminal (Private Flight Terminal) of La Isabela International Airport, to be managed by the company ASSIST AIR GROUP, S.A., which the firm also accompanied in its renewal process of Consignee License before the Civil Aviation Board (JAC, by its initials in Spanish).
