Ámbar Vásquez is part of the firm’s Business team, specializing in project finance and structuring, banking, as well as advising on corporate and financial matters. She has participated in multiple transactions involving major banking entities in the Dominican Republic, as well as local and international corporations.

Before joining the firm, Ámbar worked as an attorney, advising, and representing financial intermediation entities, as well as local and international companies from different industries.

Ámbar is a graduate of the Universidad Iberoamericana (UNIBE), and subsequently completed a Master’s Degree in Corporate Business Law at the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra 2018-2020, as well as a Master’s Degree in Modern Techniques of Public Administration at Formato Educativo Escuela de Negocios, Spain 2019-2020.
