Public-Private Partnerships

Current industry challenges in the Dominican Republic

Law 47-20 on Public-Private Partnerships was recently approved in our country and, although to date there are no projects under the new law, the playing field is being adjusted in order to achieve investment in infrastructure projects and quality public services at competitive prices for all Dominicans.
