Phátima Veras is a senior associate at the firm, specialized primarily in project financing, business law, and corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions of companies. She has participated in local and international commercial transactions, real estate transactions, and provides legal counsel to regulated companies in the telecommunications, energy, logistics center, and nonprofit sectors.

Phátima is a graduate of the Universidad Iberoamericana de Santo Domingo (UNIBE) and studied a master’s degree in Business Law and International Litigation from the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra, Santo Domingo, and the Universidad Rey Juan Carlos in Spain. Additionally, she completed the International Business Law program from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, offered in Santo Domingo in collaboration with the Global Institute for Advanced Studies in Social Sciences.
