Pia Hernandez is part of the firm’s Business department, specializing in Corporate and Business Law, Mergers and Acquisitions, Securities Market, Structuring and Project Financing. She has worked on several high-profile company transactions to help clients’ business objectives while ensuring strict regulatory compliance. Pia is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of the Universidad Iberoamericana (UNIBE) and acquired an MSc Management 2021-2022, with a concentration in finance at Imperial College Business School, London, UK; mainly involved in cross-border mergers and acquisitions transactions, structuring and financing of investment capital projects (PE/VC) projects as well as in other sectors, and in strategic business plans in complex corporate operations.

Before joining the firm, Pia worked as a lawyer and consultant, advising local and international companies from different sectors on negotiation, execution and development of projects and operations.
